REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days and we will exchange it, credit your account or refund your money - less shipping and handling fees. Return in original box and enclose a copy of the invoice.
Damaged Merchandise from handling must be claimed with delivery agent. Note crushed or obvious damaged packages to the driver at time of delivery.
If you have concealed damage, keep all packing material and call delivery agent to inspect and file a claim. We will replace any product that has defects in workmanship under our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
